The tours itineraries may change in accordance with the entry permissions to various venues set out by UAE authorities amid COVID-19 restrictions. Desert Gate can not be held responsible for any changes outside of its control

* A supplement of AED 150.00 p.p. is applicable for the pick ups from Sharjah, Ajman & Umm Al Quwain hotels. Days of operation may be amended and/or reduced and will resume once the number of visitors increases.

• Child rate is from 3 to 11 years old.
• Not more than 2 languages on a tour.
• Tour duration is indicative and approximate. The total duration will depend on the traffic conditions and other factors such as free time at leisure and/or lunch/dinner.
• Cancellations received less 24 hrs prior to the tour are charged 100%. Cancellations of the tours with ATT entry tickets – less than 96 hrs in advance – the tickets are nonrefundable.
• Conservative dress code is applicable for Abu Dhabi city tour to enter The Grand Mosque. It is responsibility of the agent to advise the correct dress code to their guests. The Grand Mosque security has the right to deny entry to the guests with inappropriate dress code and DGT will not be able to extend any partial or full refund for the tour due to the above.
• Smart casual dress code is applicable for Burj Al Arab restaurants – no shorts, flip-flops, torn jeans, sleeveless shirts, snickers. The restaurant reserves the right to deny entry without refund.
• The rates may change during Festive season – Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Holy month of Ramadan. Please check with the excursion department on special rates during these periods
