This service is designed especially for families and  mothers travelling with young children or infants.  We’ll make the airport experience easy, meeting  and escorting you through all the formalities and  clearances. This service can be extended to a  maximum of 4 passengers from the same family.

Al Majlis VIP Services is a special facility (Lounge)  available at Dubai International Airport where  guests get specialized and personalized service.

Al Majlis provides special Immigration, customs  and baggage clearance facilities to assist guests to  complete their travel formalities.

AL MAJLIS VIP SERVICE UPON ARRIVAL

Guests are met at the aircraft and escorted to a  waiting vehicle below the aircraft. All Immigration  and customs formalities are carried out by Al Majlis staff while guests relaxing in the luxurious  Al Majlis Lounge and refreshments are served. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Greater 12 hours – No charges.

Less than 12 hours – 100% charges will be applicable.

Child above 2 years will be charged as extra PAX.

NOTE

• All airport services are subject to availability
• 100 % cancellation charges apply for all airport services on departure without transfers ( no meet & assist), DG will provide the confirmation number to agent which has to be hand it over to their guests
• For all airport services , DG will be not liable in case doesn’t inform the class of travel (first, business or economy)

Flower Service

Passengers are met by a Desert Gate Representative  with a bouquet of flowers after exiting customs in  the designated meeting area.
