SPECIAL NOTE ON LUGGAGE CAPACITY
- Desert Gate is not responsible for the carriage of luggage above and beyond the stated luggage capacity of the contracted vehicle.
- Desert Gate will always try to accommodate the luggage in the contracted vehicle in the most efficient manner but always without compromising safety.
- If the guest has more luggage than the stated capacity and our team cannot carry the luggage safely, then Desert Gate cannot be held financially responsible for upgrading to a larger vehicle or the hiring of additional transportation. The guest will have to pay the difference on the spot, or if previously and mutually agreed with the Travel Partner, the Partners account will be charged. Changing the vehicle or adding additional transportation at the last minute can take time, slow down your guests’ journey and diminish the Quality Guest Experience.
- Desert Gate cannot be held responsible for any additional direct or indirect costs or damages due to having to contract additional transportation due to luggage beyond the capacity of the contracted vehicle (s).
- Private departure transfer waiting time is 30 minutes, and the driver will leave after 30 minutes considering the booking as a no show. If a guest insists on keeping a driver waiting for more than 30 minutes, waiting charges will be applied accordingly and will be charged to the relevant agent.
- Sharing departure transfer waiting time is 15 minutes and the driver will leave after 15 minutes considering the booking as a no show. If a guest insists on keeping a driver waiting for more than 15 minutes, waiting charges will be applied accordingly and will be charged to the relevant agent.

Parking fee on arrival will be USD 68.00 for one hour, if the guest didn’t show up within one-hour extra USD 35.00 will be applicable
