GROUND HANDLING FEE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

• Meet & Assist service upon arrival at Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Airports
• Welcome Pack including destination information, map and a 24 hours Emergency number.
• Hotel visit by our Experience Advisor within 24 hours of arrival (excluding the properties located outside the major cities)

ABOVE FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Transfer service
• UAE entry visa, if required
• Porterage at the airport and hotels

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The Ground Handling fee is compulsory and is charged per passenger per arrival regardless if the hotel accommodation was booked via DG or Direct via the Tour Operator, the fees are charged over and above any supplementary airport services booked i.e. Marhaba services.
• In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no show, 100% charges apply.

• All airport services are subject to availability
• 100 % cancellation charges apply for all airport services on departure without transfers ( no meet & assist), DG will provide the confirmation number to agent which has to be hand it over to their guests
• For all airport services , DG will be not liable in case doesn’t inform the class of travel (first, business or economy).
